[ES]En este trabajo se va a realizar un estudio sobre los datos mundiales que arroja el
sector oleícola, vamos a tratar de estudiar que variables tienen incidencia directa con su
consumo en los distintos países del mundo, la producción, exportación e importación, así
como otros factores no cuantificables.
Para la realización del mismo se han obtenido diversos datos, tales como, consumo de
aceite, nivel de producción, exportaciones e importaciones, etc. todos ellos son datos
individuales por países y años.
Estos datos han sido obtenidos del COI (Internacional Olive Council) organismo a nivel
internacional encargado de muchos aspectos sobre el aceite de oliva, recogida de datos,
promoción en países, publicaciones, innovación, subvenciones, etc.
