The aim of this study was to analyse the relationship between the improvement of creativity through physical activity in relation to other subjects in the curriculum in pupils, according to the sex and age of the different subjects. The sample consisted of a total of 81 pupils aged 10 to 12, 43 of whom were female and 38 male. The creativity of the pupils was measured by means of the PIC-N test, for pupils in the third cycle of Primary Education, carried out in two of the four groups selected after the practice of a very strong subject at a cognitive level such as Spanish Language and Literature, and in the other two after the practice of physical activity, increasing the motor skills of the pupils. The analyses showed that practising physical activity did not produce improvements in creativity that were greater than those obtained in other subjects in the curriculum.
