Resumen
Este trabajo desarrolla un plan de empresa para establecer un restaurante de comida cubana en
Jaén, España. La propuesta se basa en definir un concepto único que diferencie al restaurante en
el mercado local, priorizando la diversidad y autenticidad de la cocina cubana. Se realiza en
primer lugar un análisis del entorno interno y externo, que nos permitirá identificar las
principales fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas que pueden afectar al negocio.
Posteriormente, considerando las preferencias del público objetivo y la competencia existente,
estableceremos la localización del restaurante, apoyándonos en criterios como la accesibilidad y
el flujo peatonal. Además de detallar los aspectos formales relativos a la forma jurídica a
adoptar, desarrollamos el plan de operaciones, el plan de marketing y el plan financiero,
ofreciendo un riguroso análisis de la inversión, financiación, gastos e ingresos previstos, que
nos permitirá concluir sobre la viabilidad económico-financiera del proyecto, en distintos
posibles escenarios.
This work develops a business plan to establish a Cuban food restaurant in Jaén, Spain. The proposal is based on a unique concept that differentiates the restaurant in the local market, prioritizing the diversity and authenticity of Cuban cuisine. First, we will present an analysis of the internal and external environment to identify the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of this business. Then, considering the preferences of the target audience and the existing competition, we will stablish the location of the restaurant based on criteria such as accessibility and pedestrian flow. In addition to detail the formal aspects related to the legal framework, we will develop an operational plan, a marketing plan and a financial plan, thus offering a rigorous analysis of the investments, financing sources, expenses and incomes that will allow us to conclude about the economic and financial feasibility of the project in different scenarios.
