(ES) La presencia de los judíos ha sido una de las más importantes para Jaén, dejando como muestra la
Judería que sufrió un notable abandono y olvido por parte de la población. El presente Trabajo Fin
de Grado descubrirá las razones de este fenómeno. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es
impulsar el descubrimiento de uno de los tesoros más valiosos para la historia de Jaén. Para llevar
a cabo esta tarea, han sido seleccionadas una serie de fuentes bibliográficas en función del tipo y
sobre todo, de la actualidad del tema. Todas ellas han englobado tanto a la cultura judía como al
barrio y a una de las figuras clave, Hasday Ibn Shaprut. Posteriormente, se ha llevado a cabo una
propuesta didáctica, centrada en la educación patrimonial, para concienciar no solo sobre el
patrimonio, sino que también respecto a la necesidad de promoverlo y valorarlo desde edades muy
tempranas.

The Final Degree Project aims to discover the reasons of this phenomenon. The main objective of this research is to promote the discovery of one of the most valuable treasures for the history of Jaén. To carry out this task, a series of bibliographic sources have been selected depending of the type and especially the topicality of the subject. All of them have encompassed both jewish culture and the jewish quarter and one of the key figures, Hasday Ibn Shaprut. Subsequently, a didactic proposal has been carried out, focused on heritage education, to raise awareness not only about heritage, but also regarding the need to promote and value it from a very early age.
