Sample with 53 participants, 34 girls and 19 boys. The questionnaires used are related to the items of physical activity, social skills and quality of school life. Results. The difference between the control groups is not really significant since the p-value is less than 0.05. In contrast, Pearson's correlation analysis indicates significant correlations between BMI emotional well-being, self-esteem, social independence, and social cooperation. Discussion and Conclusions. The results show that they are not really significant, this may be due to the fact that the study participants only attend once a week, which may not be enough to obtain significant differences, Recent research shows that these types of activities in the natural environment have benefits on children.
