ORGANIZACIÓN INTERNACIONAL DEL TRABAJO Y FUERZAS MEDIAS: TRANSFORMACIÓN DE LOS ORDENAMIENTOS JURÍDICOS ESTATALES COMPARADOS

Abstract

[ES] La Organización Internacional del Trabajo, ha supuesto para la evolución tanto de la mujer como la del niño, un antes y un después. Y esto se debe gracias a la preocupación que siempre ha manifestado hacia ellos. En este trabajo veremos como la Legislación ha ido teniendo reformas según se iba teniendo más conocimiento, se expondrán las pésimas condiciones en las que tenían que trabajar, y los escasos, o nulos derechos que tenían. Con respecto al trabajo nocturno en minas, la OIT interviene con leyes exigiendo un mínimo de edad y unas explícitas condiciones para su cumplimiento. Hoy en día, por desgracia, siguen existiendo algunos de estos trabajos en muchas partes del mundo, aunque, el trabajo para los niños menores de edad esté prohibido. En España, sin embargo, la situación ha cambiado, ya que las condiciones de trabajo han mejorado y se han aumentado los sistemas de protección.

[EN] The International Labor Organization, has meant for the evolution of both the woman and the child, a before and after. And this is due to the concern he has always expressed towards them. In this work we will see how the Legislation has been having reforms as it was getting more knowledge, expose the terrible conditions in which they had to work, and the few, or no rights they had. With regard to night work in mines, the ILO intervenes with laws demanding a minimum age and explicit conditions for compliance. Nowadays, unfortunately, some of these jobs still exist in many parts of the world, although work for underage children is prohibited. In Spain, however, the situation has changed, as working conditions have improved and protection systems have been increased.
