In this work we will see how the Legislation has been having reforms as it was getting more knowledge, expose the terrible conditions in which they had to work, and the few, or no rights they had. With regard to night work in mines, the ILO intervenes with laws demanding a minimum age and explicit conditions for compliance. Nowadays, unfortunately, some of these jobs still exist in many parts of the world, although work for underage children is prohibited. In Spain, however, the situation has changed, as working conditions have improved and protection systems have been increased.
