Introduction: User satisfaction with the care received is an indicator for determining quality of care. Having a validated tool for measuring workers' satisfaction with health surveillance would improve the care provided. Aim: To design and validate the content of a questionnaire to assess workers' satisfaction with health surveillance. Methods: A review of the literature revealed that there were no validated questionnaires. Subsequently, the initial version of the questionnaire was designed and, finally, a panel of experts was formed. Results: A self-administered questionnaire of 18 items was obtained. Aiken's V coefficient and Lawshe's content validity index yield values of 0.89 and 0.82, respectively. Conclusions: This study has allowed the design and validation of the content of the questionnaire, having an adequate instrument for the objective of the study.
