[EN]Fibromyalgia is a chronic syndrome characterized by pain in the skeletal muscle that causes a significant reduction in the physical capacity of the patient affecting their health and quality of life. The objective is to verify the cardiac response of women with fibromyalgia when subjected to high and moderate intensity ground and dry efforts, relating it to pain and mood. 24 women participated (age: 57.7 ± 10.64 years, weight: 67.22 ± 11.19 kg, height: 1.58 ± 0.06 cm, BMI: 26.84 ± 3.67 kg / m2.). The variability of the heart rate (HRV), pain sensation (EVA) and the mood of the participants (POMS) were then measured in water classes, low and high intensity, to then perform the class similarly in dry, each one with its own design, each accompanied session was carried out 72 hours apart, accompanied by questionnaires of perception of effort and pain of the participants. The results show that there are no significant differences in the variables analyzed when comparing the different In conclusion, there are no changes in the variables studied, in addition to the students being able to adapt in a good way to a higher intensity than usual. KEY WORDS: Fibromyalgia, heart rate variability, pain sensation, mood
