GESTIÓN DE INVENTOS APLICADO A UN CASO REAL

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo, estudiaremos un concepto muy importante para las empresas como es el inventario y su gestión. Mediante el correcto uso del inventario podemos optimizarlo y conseguir que la empresa reduzca sus costes. Para ello necesitaremos estudiar y definir qué es un inventario y los factores que influyen en él, como puede ser los costes o las características de la demanda. Se pondrán de manifiesto los diferentes modelos a los que la empresa se puede adherir para optimizar su inventario dependiendo de las características de los factores anteriormente mencionados. Una vez estudiado como gestionar el inventario, se implantarán los modelos a la empresa Meripra S.L., empresa dedicada a la distribución de golosinas y frutos secos en la provincia de Jaén, con el objetivo de reducir los costes del inventario.

[EN] In this paper, we will study a concept that's very important for companies such as inventory and management. Through the proper use of inventory we can optimize it and get the company to reduce its costs. For that we need to study and define what is an inventory and the factors that influence, such as costs or the characteristics of the demand. It may highlight the different models that the company can adhere to optimize your inventory depending on the characteristics of the abo ve factors.
