[EN]ADHD represents an important problem throughout childhood and adolescence. Its symptoms, far from fading towards adulthood, continue to cause serious difficulties in every aspect of life. Thus, it becomes necessary to carry out intervention projects on teenagers with ADHD that emphasize the learning of tools to identify, manage and channel their emotions correctly. This intervention project considers literature and reading to be capable of providing an arrange of resources needed to identify and manage teenagers’ emotions and, furthermore, to improve other symptoms derived from ADHD, such as impulsiveness, inability to concentrate or depletion in executive functions and language skills.
