Resumen
[ES] Se plantea un programa de intervención basado en Mindfulness, dirigido a docentes de
Pedagogía Terapéutica que trabajan en aula específica. El objetivo de este programa es
mejorar el bienestar psicológico de este colectivo. La implementación del programa se
llevará a cabo en el Centro del Profesorado (CEP) y la muestra estará formada por 40
docentes divididos en dos grupos: experimental y control. Para medir la Regulación
Emocional se usará el cuestionario ERQ, para medir el estrés el JSS, para medir el
bienestar psicológico el EBP, y el Five Facets Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) para
evaluar Mindfulness. El programa será aplicado por un psicólogo especializado en
Mindfulness y se compondrá de siete sesiones y una mañana de retiro. Tras la
aplicación del programa de Mindfulness que se presenta, se esperan unos resultados
satisfactorios, que disminuyan la tensión que genera el estrés, mejore el bienestar y
fortalezca la regulación emocional.
[EN] An intervention program based on Mindfulness is proposed, aimed at Therapeutic Pedagogy teachers who work in a specific classroom. The objective of this program is to improve the psychological well-being of this group.
