In this Master's Final Project the main objective is to obtain the daily intake of Antimony through the consumption of bottled water with containers made with Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). To do this, they have been subjected to different brands of bottled water, to extreme temperature conditions for a certain time and to prolonged UV radiation conditions. After carrying out the determinations to obtain the concentration of Antimony in water, the daily intake of this heavy metal by Spanish adults and children /adolescents was calculated, concluding that there is a migration of plastic into the water and by therefore there is an intake of this heavy metal by consumers, moving away from the legislated limits
