Resumen
[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado es de carácter exploratorio e
investigativo. La provincia de Jaén, actualmente puede presumir
de tener más de 66 millones de olivos, es la mayor región
productora de aceite de oliva en España y del mundo, genera el
25% de la producción mundial de Aceite de Oliva.
Los objetivos principales son dar a conocer el AOVE Premium a
los consumidores, ya que es un producto que todavía no ha
llegado a asentarse en el mercado, por otro lado, hacer un plan de
empresa introduciendo este producto en la cooperativa agraria
“San Roque” S.C.A. de Arjonilla (Jaén).
Para alcanzar estos objetivos se ha realizado el plan de empresa
con una plantilla en el programa Excel y recopilando información
sobre los tipos de aceites, centrándome en el Aceite de Oliva
Virgen Extra Premium.
