emociones placenteras o positivas.
The main objective of this study was to explore and analyse the emotions experienced during Physical Education classes by pupils with and without disabilities in Primary Education. The sample consisted of 20 students with and without disabilities. The results obtained revealed that both disabled and non-disabled students who carry out any type of physical activity or sport experience pleasant or positive emotions. In particular, they are more motivated and relaxed than those who do not engage in physical activity. Likewise, students with disabilities who practise sport experience more positive emotions (relaxed, confident, motivated, pleased and at ease) than those who have a disability but do not practise any type of sport.
