rendimiento.
(EN)The aim of this master's thesis is to design a training program based on the four branches of emotional intelligence (perception, facilitation, understanding and emotional regulation) (Mayer and Salovey, 1997), in order to improve the social-emotional skills, well-being and work performance of health professionals. This program will be applied to 20 physicians from the emergency department of the Jaén Hospital Complex. A quasi-experimental design without control group will be carried out with pretest and posttest measures. We expect to find positive direct effects on the emotional intelligence of the participants, and positive indirect effects on their levels of well-being and performance.
