Diseño de mecanismo diferencial de deslizamiento limitado para automóvil

Abstract

Se ha llevado a cabo la elección justificada del tipo y diseño final de un diferencial de deslizamiento limitado colocado en posición trasera en la transmisión de un vehículo automóvil, incluyendo el estudio del estado del arte y comparando las distintas opciones en función de la utilidad requerida del vehículo. Así, se han realizado estudios de resistencia para justificar la elección del material, un estudio cinemático y el diseño del proceso de fabricación del mecanismo.The justified choice of the type and final design of a rear limited slip differential in the transmission of a vehicle has been carried out, including the study of the state of the art and comparing the different choices depending on the required vehicle’s purpose. Resistance studies have been carried out to justify the choice of material, a kinematic study and the design of the mechanism's manufacturing process.
