Resumen
El presente trabajo desarrolla una propuesta didáctica para trabajar los hábitos
saludables en Educación Infantil en la que se desarrolla una metodología didáctica abierta,
flexible, globalizada y motivadora, basada en el aprendizaje constructivista.
La primera parte, desarrolla el marco teórico donde se describen conceptos como,
alimentación, hábitos saludables y alimento ultra procesado. También se ha realizado una
revisión bibliográfica en relación con el consumo infantil o enfermedades, como la obesidad,
producida por una mala alimentación. Por último, se detalla información relativa a los hábitos
necesarios para una buena salud, como son el ejercicio y la higiene personal.
En la segunda parte, se desarrolla un Unida Didáctica Integrada enfocada al aprendizaje
de los hábitos saludables en alimentación y el conocimiento de los alimentos y la cocina. Esta
unidad está formada por actividades de diferentes tipos como son, un libro de fichas, juegos
por rincones, talleres, canciones, poesías y fiestas temáticas. Se lleva a cabo a través de un
enfoque constructivista donde el docente guía el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de los
alumnos.
This work develops a didactic proposal to work on healthy habits in Early Childhood Education by an open, flexible, globalized and motivating didactic methodology, which is based on constructivist learning. First the theoretical framework, where concepts such as food, healthy habits and ultraprocessed food are described, is developed. A bibliographic review in relation to children's consumption or diseases, such as obesity, caused by poor nutrition has also been carried out. Finally, information on the necessary habits for good health, such as exercise and personal hygiene is provided. Secondly, an Integrated Didactic Unit, focused on learning healthy eating habits and knowledge of food and cooking is developed. This unit is made up of different types of activities such as a card book, games by corners, workshops, songs, poems and theme parties. It is carried out through a constructivist approach where the teacher guides the students teaching and learning process.
