Filología InglesaThe present Master’s Dissertation (MD) introduces a didactic proposal titled “Making a better world”. To enhance pupils' learning chances, it integrates the topics of Natural Science and Foreign Language (English) and connects the CLIL approach with ICTs. The MD is divided two main sections. The first one focuses on the theoretical review of the CLIL approach, its pedagogical principles, and its relationship with ICT. The second part is devoted to the development of the didactic proposal itself based on the literature. The main aims of this work are to review CLIL literature and explore the integration of ICTs in CLIL in practice through a didactic unit designed to help students comprehend the value of learning a foreign language through meaningful and successful learning experiences.Ítem Cooperative Learning in CLIL: a didactic proposal about healthy life(Jaén: Universidad de Jaén, 2023-12-20) Collado Santiago, José; Albuquerque Paraná, Raul; Universidad de Jaén. Filología Inglesa[EN]This MD aims to explore the integration of Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) and cooperative learning approaches in the classroom to enhance the learning environment and promote language proficiency by fostering collaborative skills among learners. In this MD, readers can find a detailed description of a didactic unit that combines the principles of CLIL and cooperative learning once they have been defined in depth beforehand. Subsequently, the aim of this work is framed as providing educators with a comprehensive approach to integrating CLIL and cooperative learning approaches into their teaching practices. Ultimately, this MD aims to help teachers create meaningful and engaging learning experiences that optimize language acquisition and content learning outcomes.
