Resumen
[ES] La adolescencia se caracteriza por un crecimiento rápido que comienza en la
pubertad. La velocidad de crecimiento va disminuyendo en el transcurso de esta
etapa. Se resalta en el estudio, la importancia de una alimentación equilibrada con
los tres principios inmediatos: hidratos de carbono, proteínas y lípidos diariamente.
Las necesidades nutritivas han de ser individualizadas porque influye la carga
genética, la velocidad de crecimiento y la actividad física. Los trastornos de la
conducta alimentaria son frecuentes en la adolescencia; la anorexia nerviosa es uno
de los que más cuidados necesitan, ya que tiene gran repercusión en la fisiología del
desarrollo y en el comportamiento del adolescente. Este estudio contiene aspectos
históricos de esta enfermedad. Para prevenirla, es importante que el adolescente
conozca bien la cantidad de alimentos que diariamente necesita, teniendo en cuenta
la actividad que realiza y sus propias características. Para el tratamiento de la
anorexia nerviosa es conveniente que intervenga un equipo multidisciplinar
compuesto por especialista en nutrición, psicólogo, psiquiatra y enfermera que serán
quienes apliquen diariamente los cuidados de forma integral.
[EN] The adolescence is characterized by a quick growth that starts with the puberty. The velocity of growth disminish along this phase. This report higlight the importance of a healthy feeding according to the three mains principles: carbohydrates, proteins and daily lipids. The nutriotional necesities must be individualised because of the influence of the genetic, speed of growth and physical activity. The feeding disorders are frequent during the adolescence: the anorexia nervosa requires a lot of cares due to its influence on the physiology of the development and the behave of the adolescent. To avoid it, it is important that the adolescent knows well the quantity of food that needs daily, taking into account the daily activity and his own characteristic. For the treatment of the anorexia nervosa is advisable to have an equipment made up by specialists in nutrition, psychology, psychiatry and nursery and they will apply the daily cares.
