[EN] The principal purpose of the present MA Dissertation is to review, analyse, and apply student-centred learning based on a CLIL approach in Physical Education. This work consists in a didactic proposal that addresses student-centred learning as an essential contributor to a current necessary shift of focus in education, from the traditional teaching based on instruction to an active learning in which students' needs, strengths and aspirations would be taken into consideration Firstly, a literature review of the most important authors related to the topic is carried out in order to examine carefully the background of this innovative approach, define some of its relevant concepts, principles and methodologies, as well as investigate its application in the CLIL classroom. The second part of the present work includes the previously revised theory comprised in a didactic unit in Physical Education, using student-centred learning methods in order to achieve Life-long learning in the CLIL classroom by working content and language simultaneously.
