Resumen
[ES] El proceso de identificación genética partiendo de restos óseos antiguos y su consecuente grado de degradación es un reto para el campo de la Genética Forense. Los avances tecnológicos han resuelto muchos de los problemas que podían presentarse para la obtención de resultados. Todo ello ha mejorado la obtención de resultados en referencia a la tarea de la identificación de las víctimas de la Guerra Civil y Posguerra Española, de los cuales vamos a analizar en este trabajo, actualizando los resultados obtenidos hasta el momento. Se describe el proceso para obtención de estos resultados, desde su extracción con los diferentes métodos hasta la obtención del perfil genético, pasando por los diferentes métodos de
amplificación con los diferentes kits para ello. Este proyecto de investigación se está desarrollando en el Laboratorio de Identificación Genética de la Universidad de Granada. El objetivo final de este proyecto de Laboratorio es identificar el mayor número posible de víctimas procedentes de la exhumación de fosas y relacionarlas con muestras de familiares.
[EN] The process of genetic identification based on ancient bone remains and their consequent degree of degradation is a challenge for the field of Forensic Genetics. Technological advances have solved many of the problems that could arise to obtain results. All this has improved the obtaining of results in reference to the task of identifying the victims of the Spanish Civil War and Postwar, of which we are going to analyze in this work, updating the results obtained up to now. The process for obtaining these results is described, from their extraction with the different methods to obtaining the genetic profile, going through the different amplification methods with the different kits for it. This research project is being developed in the Genetic Identification Laboratory of the University of Granada. The final objective of this Laboratory project is to identify the greatest possible number of victims from the exhumation of graves and relate them to samples from relatives.
