Resumen
[ES] El presente estudio se realiza a un almacén de distribución de bebidas, José Castro Parras. S.R.C, situado en la Calle Arjonilla, 35, CP: 23760 Arjona, (Jaén). El estudio de realiza en referencia a la manipulación manual de cargas de los operarios que trabajan en el almacén, posturas forzadas y análisis del puesto de trabajo en la oficina así como las condiciones ambientales de trabajo.
Tomando como referencias legales la Ley 31/95 de 8 de noviembre de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. RD. 486/97 disposiciones mínimas en los lugares de trabajo, RD. 487 sobre la manipulación manual de cargas. Guía del INSHT de manipulación de cargas. RD. 488/97 sobre pantallas de visualización, entre otras normativas citadas en su desarrollo del presente estudio.
Tiene como objeto, contribuir a aumentar la satisfacción en el trabajo, reducir el absentismo, ver y analizar el clima laboral, optimizar la administración de los recursos, mejorar la competitividad y rentabilidad. Introduciendo un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para que la
empresa controle sus riesgos de carácter ergonómico y psicosocial. Detectando los factores de riesgo ergonómico de los trabajadores en los puestos ocupados y adaptar el diseño ergonómico para mejorar las condiciones de bienestar y salud de los mismos.
Su actividad principal es distribuir la mercancía a los pequeños comercios y hostelería. Cuya recepción de la mercancía de realiza en el almacén donde realizan las operaciones de carga/ descarga y posterior distribución.
[EN] The present study is carried out at a beverage distribution warehouse, José Castro Parras. S.R.C, located at Calle Arjonilla, 35, CP: 23760 Arjona, (Jaén). The study is carried out in reference to the manual handling of loads of the operators working in the warehouse, forced postures and analysis of the workplace in the office as well as the environmental working conditions. Taking as legal references Law 31/95 of November 8 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks. RD. 486/97 minimum provisions in workplaces, RD. 487 on manual handling of loads. INSHT guide on cargo handling. RD. 488/97 on display screens, among other regulations cited in the development of this study. Its objective is to contribute to increasing job satisfaction, reduce absenteeism, view and analyze the work environment, optimize resource management, improve competitiveness and profitability. Introducing an occupational health and safety management system for the company to control its ergonomic and psychosocial risks. Detecting the ergonomic risk factors of the workers in the occupied positions and adapting the ergonomic design to improve the conditions of well-being and health of the same. Its main activity is to distribute merchandise to small shops and hotels. Whose reception of the merchandise is carried out in the warehouse where they carry out the loading / unloading and subsequent distribution operations.
