Análisis mecánico de probetas fabricadas en FDM con base cerámica

Abstract

El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es el estudio del comportamiento de la alúmina en la fabricación por FDM. Se realizaron y ensayaron probetas para estudiar la resistencia a la flexión y la densidad, cambiando los parámetros de impresión. Los parámetros de estudio fueron: orientación de impresión en el relleno, altura de capa, velocidad de impresión y diámetro de la boquilla (sólo para resistencia a flexión). El estudio ANOVA realizado reveló que la orientación de impresión es el parámetro más influyente en la resistencia a flexión junto con el diámetro de la boquilla, mientras que para la densidad, predomina la influencia de la velocidad claramente sobre los demás parámetros. Los valores más altos de resistencia y de densidad apenas difieren con los valores teóricos de la alumina.

The aim of this Final Degree Project is to study the behavior of alumina in FDM manufacturing. Test specimens were made and tested to study the flexural strength and density, changing the printing parameters. The study parameters were: print orientation in the infill, layer height, print speed and nozzle diameter (only for flexural strength). The ANOVA study carried out revealed that the printing orientation is the most influential parameter in the flexural strength together with the diameter of the nozzle, while for density, the influence of speed clearly predominates over the other parameters. The highest strength and density values hardly differ from the theoretical values of alumina.
