Resumen
El cuerpo humano y su salud, dentro de la educación, han sido contenidos que han estado siempre presentes con una gran relevancia. En la mayoría de libros de texto de educación primaria, se otorga una gran trascendencia al estudio de cada uno de los aparatos, sistemas, funciones del cuerpo humano y hábitos saludables, pero aún así, actualmente sigue existiendo un gran porcentaje de alumnos que rechaza la enseñanza y aprendizaje de las ciencias. Este problema reside en la forma en la que se imparten los contenidos y el enfoque didáctico que se les otorga, por lo que es la función del docente la que debe de establecer una metodología adecuada para que los niños adquieran una percepción real de la ciencia desde la barrera del respeto, en este caso, por la diversidad corporal.
The human`s body and its health, within education, have been content that has always been present with great relevance. In most primary education textbooks, great importance is given to the study of each of the devices, systems, human body’s functions , and healthy habits, but even so, there is still a large percentage of students who reject the science teaching and learning. This problem resides in the way in which the contents are taught and the didactic approach that is given to them, so it is the role of the teacher who must establish an appropriate methodology so that children acquire a real perception of science from the barrier of respect, in this case, for bodily diversity.
