Derecho a una vivienda digna y pobreza energética: una análisis jurídico-constitucional.

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se pretende aproximar la relación existente entre la situación de recesión económica, aparente desde 2008, y los derechos sociales. Por otro lado, la relación entre uno de los derechos sociales más importante en la actualidad, el derecho a una vivienda digna y adecuada, y un fenómeno que afecta a muchas personas en España, la pobreza energética. Para ello, vamos a analizar los conceptos de todos estos términos. También analizaremos la normativa, legislación y medidas para paliar esta situación de malestar. Así, podremos ver si verdaderamente existe una relación entre crisis económica, vulneración del derecho a la vivienda digna y pobreza energética.[EN] In the present proposal tries to approximate the existing relation between the situation of economic recession since 2008 and social rights. On the other hand, the relation between one of the most important social rights at present, the social right to decent housing and the energy poverty that affects to a lot of people in Spain. For this purpose, we will analyze the concepts of all these terms. Also we will analyze to the legislation, regulation and measures to reduce this bad situation. We can observe if really exists a relation between economic recession, violation of the social right to decent housing and the energy poverty.
