[ES] El maltrato infantil es un problema que cada año afecta a una gran cantidad de niños, niñas y adolescentes en nuestro país. No obstante, la escuela tiende a detectar un bajo número de casos de menores que son víctimas de maltrato. En este trabajo, se propone un programa de intervención en la escuela centrado en reforzar las medidas del centro ante el maltrato infantil, formar al profesorado sobre esta problemática y sensibilizar al alumnado sobre la necesidad de asistencia ante un caso de maltrato. La metodología empleada es fundamentalmente grupal, activa y participativa. Se plantean ocho actividades para el desarrollo de la intervención en las que se trabajan los conceptos básicos sobre maltrato infantil, algunas estrategias para la prevención, detección e intervención, los contenidos transversales y la libertad de expresión del alumnado. La conclusión extraída es que esta problemática se debe abordar desde la escuela para proteger a sus víctimas.
[EN] Child maltreatment is a problem that every year affects a large number of children and teenagers in our country. However, schools tends to detect a little number of cases of kids who are victims of abuse. In this Final Degree Project, an intervention program is proposed for school focused on reinforcing the centre's measures against child maltreatment, training teachers on this problem and sensitizing students about the needing for assistance in a case of abuse. The methodology used is fundamentally group, active and participatory. Eight activities are proposed for the development of the intervention in which the basic concepts of child abuse, some strategies for prevention, detection and intervention, the transversal contents and the freedom of expression of the students are worked on. The conclusion drawn is that this problem must be approached from schools to protect the victims.
