acontecimientos.
Palabras clave.
Guerra/ España/ Totalitarismos/ Bombardeo/ Educación para la Paz / Educación en
igualdad.

The creation of the Non-intervention Committee or the International Brigades were some of the novelties that emerged in the conflict. That is why, in the didactic unit "The Spanish Civil War: the silence in the classrooms", it is intended to convey the importance and magnitude of this war in our country, transmitting to the students values such as education for peace, equality, and reject racism, xenophobia, etc. Considering that it is a subject that in many didactic programs is left in oblivion due to the harshness of its events.
