Análisis Internacional del Mercado de Aceite de Oliva

Abstract

[ES] Con éste Trabajo de Fin de Grado se ha intentado estudiar la situación actual del sector del aceite de oliva en el ámbito mundial. Para ello se realiza un análisis de cifras obtenidas del Consejo Oleícola Internacional (COI), de producción, consumo, exportaciones e importaciones de los países más importantes. En primer lugar se analizan datos de la Unión Europea, en segundo lugar datos mundiales y por último se realiza un breve análisis comparativo de los dos países líderes en este mercado como son España e Italia. Finalmente se comentan las conclusiones obtenidas.

[EN] With this writing of Degree I have tried to study the current situation of the olive oil sector in the world. I have analyzed figures obtained from the International Olive Council (IOC), regarding to production, consumption, exports and imports from the most important producing countries. Firstly, data from the European Union are analyzed, secondly, global data and finally a brief comparative analysis of the two leading countries in this market, Spain and Italy. Finally the conclusions are commented.
