Ciudadanía, derechos y libertades en la Revolución francesa. Propuesta de aproximación a un aula de secundaria.

Abstract

En la actualidad, derechos como el sufragio, la libertad de prensa o de pensamiento están asentados en la mayoría del mundo y se consideran algo necesario y natural de la ciudadanía. Mediante el presente trabajo se pretende llevar al alumnado el debate en torno a esto mostrado por la historia, más concretamente, el debate mostrado durante la Revolución Francesa. De esta manera el alumnado podrá tener acceso a las ideas y valores planteados durante este proceso y compararlos con los actuales y su posible futuro en la sociedad vigente. Mediante esta propuesta puede plantearse al entorno de aula una metodología activa basada en el debate y la reflexión personal.

Nowadays, rights such as suffrage, freedom of the press or freedom of thought are established in most of the world and are considered a necessary and natural part of citizenship. The aim of this project is to introduce students to the debate about these rights as shown by history, more specifically, the debate during the French Revolution. In this way, students will be able to have access to the ideas and values put forward during this process and compare them with the current ones and their possible future in the current society. Through this proposal, an active methodology based on debate and personal reflection can be brought to the classroom environment.
