Resumen
[ES]Este trabajo consiste en analizar la repercusión en materia de empleabilidad, de las distintas reformas laborales que se han promulgado en España, sobre el colectivo de ciudadano/as de 30-44 años en la CCAA de Andalucía, en base a los incentivos a la contratación que se incluían en el programa de fomento para el empleo de cada reforma.
Se plantea la siguiente hipótesis: El colectivo de ciudadanos/as comprendido entre los 30-45 años de la CCAA de Andalucía debería considerarse en riesgo de exclusión en el mercado de trabajo. Por tanto, se analizarán las reformas laborales de 2001, 2006, 2012 y la situación actual, utilizando diversas fuentes de información y utilizando como variables de referencia, la edad y sexo, de manera, que se pueda llegar a unas determinadas conclusiones que den respuesta a este planteamiento.
[EN]This work consists of analyzing the impact on employability of the different labor reforms that have been promulgated in Spain on the collective of 30-44 year old citizens in the Autonomous Community of Andalucia, based on the incentives for hiring Which were included in the employment promotion program for each reform.
