Obra civil de nave industrial destinada a taller de estructuras metálicas en Jaén.

Abstract

El proyecto desarrollado tiene como finalidad el diseño, cálculo y confección de los documentos necesarios para la ejecución de la obra civil y de las instalaciones necesarias para llevar a cabo la construcción de una nave industrial destinada a albergar un taller de estructuras metálicas, con su correspondiente zona de oficinas y servicios. También servirá como base técnica para obtener las licencias y permisos necesarios ante los organismos competentes para materializar la obra y para su posterior puesta en marcha y desarrollo de la actividad.

The purpose of the project developed is the design, calculation and preparation of the necessary documents for the execution of the civil works and the necessary facilities to carry out the construction of an industrial building to house a metal structures workshop, with its corresponding office and services area. It will also serve as a technical basis for obtaining the necessary licenses and permits from the competent authorities to carry out the work and for its subsequent start-up and development of the activity.
