[EN] The Spanish society has been evolving from a regulation on basic rights, called fundamental rights. Those are human rights, it is said thatrights belong to human beings without discrimination by race, sex status, ideology and are regulated under Title I of the Spanish Constitution, particularly in the arts. 15-29. Here I focus on a fundamental right such as the right to life and within the two border cases such as: abortion, it consists of the voluntary interruption pregnancy, (commenting Law 9/1989, Law 2 I 2010 which is currently in effect and the proposed reform of controversial nature) and euthanasia well debated in our country is the right of any person to decide whether they wont to end their life if it is in a critical state.
