Resumen
[ES] Para seguir contribuyendo en la disposición de herramientas que ayuden a mejorar la competitividad del 93% del tejido empresarial español, el cual está constituido por pequeñas empresas, se ha elaborado fijando como base la literatura desarrollada por autores consagrados en la teoría estratégica empresarial, un cuestionario constituido por veinticinco preguntas y diez análisis que permite realizar el análisis estratégico de manera sencilla y guiada, con la intención de mejorar la planificación estratégica empresarial y con ello la consecución de objetivos más exigentes y claramente definidos. Para apoyar la comprensión de la aplicación del cuestionario de manera detallada, se ha aplicado a Selinja S.L. (una pequeña empresa de 8 empleados) tomando como referencia el siguiente patrón: Pregunta/Análisis - Teoría - Ejemplo Práctico. Tras comprobar la escasa planificación estratégica actual, se lleva a cabo una planificación mejorada que se espera conlleve mejores resultados e información valiosa para nuevos análisis y avances en la materia.
[EN] To continue contributing to the provision of tools that help improve the competitiveness of 93% of the Spanish business fabric, which is made up of small companies, it has been prepared based on the literature developed by authors established in business strategic theory, a questionnaire constituted by twenty five questions and ten analyzes that allows to carry out the strategic analysis in a simple and guided way, with the intention of improving the strategic business planning and with that, the achievement of more demanding and clearly defined objectives. To support the understanding of the application of the questionnaire in detail, it has been applied to Selinja S.L. (a small company of 8 employees) taking as reference the following pattern: Question / Analysis - Theory - Practical Example. After verifying the scarce current strategic planning, an improved planning is carried out that is expected to bring better results and valuable information for new analyzes and advances in the matter.
