Creación de una empresa de inyección

Abstract

El Trabajo Fin de Grado está inspirado en una empresa real, la cual sufre un exceso de demanda por parte de los clientes que no es capaz de satisfacer, al menos de forma óptima. Por lo tanto, se trata de buscar la mejor opción para aumentar su crecimiento, minimizando los riesgos, tomando la decisión de crear una nueva planta en el centro de Europa. Todo esto realizando un análisis para encontrar la mejor localización y posteriormente evaluando la opción de manera estratégica y financiera.

The Final Degree Project is inspired by a real company, which suffers from an excess of customer demand that it is not able to satisfy, at least optimally. Therefore, it is about looking for the best option to increase its growth, minimizing the risks, taking the decision to create a new plant in the center of Europe. All this by performing an analysis to find the best location and then evaluating the option strategically and financially.
