Story-telling and robotics in the foreign language classroom

Abstract

(ES)El sistema educativo necesita estar en constante evolución para adaptarse a las necesidades de cada momento. Es por ello que los centros educativos necesitan incorporar metodologías más activas o recursos más motivadores tanto para el alumnado como para el profesorado. Esta propuesta didáctica dirigida al 1a de Educación Primaria se basa en la combinación de el cuentacuentos y el uso de un robot educativo llamado “BEE-BOT” para mejorar el aprendizaje del inglés como lengua extranjera en un entorno AICLE (Aprendizaje Integrado de Contenidos y Lenguas Extranjeras)

(EN)The educational system needs to be in constant evolution in order to adapt itself to the needs of every moment. Because of this, schools need to look for new methodologies or new motivating resources for both students and teachers. This didactic proposal addressed to the first level of primary education is based on the combination of storytelling and the use of an educational and programmable robot called “Bee-Bot” to improve the learning of Literacy in a bilingual environment under a CLIL approach
