Resumen
[ES]El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar la evolución de la estructura organizativa utilizando para ello dos empresas a las que se les ha realizado una entrevista.
Como marco teórico para este trabajo hemos utilizado los cinco elementos que forman la estructura organizativa: ápice estratégico, línea media, tecnoestructura, staff de apoyo y núcleo de operaciones. A continuación hemos estudiado los parámetros de diseño organizativo formados por la diferenciación, integración de actividades y el diseño de puestos. Para la finalización del estudio sobre la estructura organizativa hemos recogido los distintos tipos de estructuras organizativas en función de la departamentalización.
Una vez realizada la entrevista y analizada la información que contiene hemos procedido a hacer una comparativa entre dos empresas: Andullana y Talleres Soriano detallando las diferencias o los resultados más significativos de la misma
[EN] The main aim of this Project is studing the evolution of the organizational structure by using two companies and interviewing them. As a framework for this project, we have used the five components that form the organizational structure: strategic apex, middle line, technostructure, supporting staff and operating core. Next, we have studied the parameters of the organizational design that are formed by differentiation, activity integration and design of the jobs. Also, we have collected the different sorts of organizational structures according to departmentalization. Once the interview is made and the information is analysed, we have proceeded to make a comparative analysis between both companies: Andullana and Talleres Soriano Requena detailing the differences of the most significant results.
