Resumen
[ES]Debido al entorno altamente competitivo y dinámico que hoy en día tenemos, las empresas deben estar afrontándose constantemente a nuevos retos. Para ello el presente trabajo tiene como fin la elaboración de un Plan de Marketing para una PYME, cuyo objetivo principal es analizar la situación actual de la empresa y su entorno para así poder fijar unos objetivos de manera controlada sin actuar improvisadamente, obteniendo unos resultados óptimos.
[EN]Due to the highly competitive and dynamic environment that exits today, companies must constantly confront new challenges. For this reason, the purpose of this final project is to develop a Marketing Plan for a SME, whose main objective is analyzing the current situation of the company and its environment in order to can set objectives in a controlled way without acting unexpectedly to get optimal results.
