[EN]Obesity is currently one of the most relevant health problems. The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between physical activity and physical condition levels with healthier behaviors towards obesity. 429 adolescents (221 girls) aged 13,27,727 participated. Responsibility for obesity was measured with the Beliefs About Obese Persons Scale questionnaire, Physical Activity, The Adolescent Physical Activity Measure questionnaire, and Alpha-Fitness Battery Testing Physical Condition. The results showed that there are no associations between the physical activity variable and Physical Condition with respect to Responsibility for Obesity, that is, we cannot say with this study that those adolescents who performed more exercise or had better Physical Condition, had a greater or lesser responsibility for obesity. However, the boys reflected better physical condition than girls, achieving better results in abdominal strength, manual strength, lower train strength and cardiorespiratory capacity. It is therefore suggested to further investigate in this line, increase the sample and analyze the influence of other variables within the statistical model, as other studies do show the importance of increasing the practice of Physical Activity and improving physical condition to have healthier behaviors towards obesity.
