Relación entre dependencia, bienestar psicológico y subjetivo en personas mayores. Proyecto de investigación.

Abstract

El siguiente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo estudiar la relación existente entre dependencia y bienestar psicológico y subjetivo. Dicha relación será estudiada en personas mayores, cuyo rango de edad se comprende entre los 75 y 80 años. Para ello se llevará a cabo la cumplimentación del Índice de Barthel, la Escala de Bienestar Psicológico de Ryff, la Escala de Satisfacción con la Vida (SWLS) y la Escala de Afecto Positivo y Afecto Negativo (PANAS), con las cuales se espera encontrar que; un aumento en la variable dependencia lleve consigo una disminución de las variables bienestar psicológico y bienestar subjetivo. Siendo la obtención de estos resultados de gran utilidad en cuanto al estudio de la situación actual de estas personas, lo que permitirá poder desarrollar con posterioridad otros proyectos y programas encaminados a la mejora de dichas variables.

The next research project has as purpose study the relationship between dependence and psychological and subjective well-being. This relationship will be studied in old people, whose age range is between 75 and 80 years. They will be completed the Barthel lndex, the Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale, the Life Satisfaction Scale (SWLS) and the Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS). lt is expected to find that an increase in dependence leads to a decrease in psychological well-being and subjective well-being. Being the obtaining of these results of great utility in the study of the current situation of these people, what will allow to be able to develop subsequently other projects and programs directed to the improvement of the above mentioned variables.
