Resumen
Una
de
las
principales
características
del
Trastorno
del
Espectro
Autista
(TEA)
es
el
déficit
en
el
área
social.
El
desarrollo
adecuado
de
esta
área
se
ve
afectado
por
la
Teoría
de
la
Mente
(TM),
la
cual
se
define
como
la
capacidad
que
permite
entender
los
estados
mentales
de
las
demás
personas.
Para
poder
explicar
la
relación
entre
las
personas
que
padecen
TEA
y
la
TM,
se
realiza
una
revisión
de
los
conceptos,
de
las
principales
teorías
y
del
desarrollo
de
cada
una
de
ellas.
Concluyendo,
que
la
intervención
en
TM
es
muy
importante
para
el
desarrollo
adecuado
de
las
personas,
por
lo
que,
se
plantea
una
propuesta
de
intervención
para
trabajar
esta
capacidad.
