50% of people with stroke suffered cognitive impairment characterized by deficits in attentional and executive. The aim of this work is to establish a correlation degree through the Attentional Network Test about neuropsychological deficits present in the middle cerebral artery after stroke and a comparison of the performance of this test compared to a regulatory group; in addition to describing the association between Attentional Network Test results and its " gold" standard and reference test , the Five Digit Test, a useful diagnostic tool to study the presence of attentional and executive functions deficits. In the results, the Attentional Network Test has provided data that correlate with attentional and executive functions deficits at the neuropsychological profile of two subjects with acute stroke in the middle cerebral artery, therefore it is considered a sensitive test to detect this type of cognitive deficit.
