Resumen
Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster (TFM) se centra en la articulación de un itinerario
cultural para poner en valor el rico patrimonio histórico-arqueológico relacionado con la actividad pesquero-conservera en la provincia de Huelva (Andalucía, España). A lo largo de décadas de investigación histórica y arqueológica, se ha identificado una profunda conexión entre esta industria y la vida de las comunidades costeras en Huelva, influenciando aspectos sociales, económicos y culturales. El itinerario propuesto busca no solo preservar este legado, sino también ofrecer una perspectiva renovada sobre su importancia histórica y contemporánea. Además, se analizan las posibilidades de este patrimonio como recurso turístico en el mercado actual y su papel como diversificador de la propuesta turístico-cultural en la provincia.
[EN] This Master's Thesis (TFM) focuses on the creation of a cultural itinerary to highlight the rich historical and archaeological heritage related to the fish-canning activity in the province of Huelva, Spain. Over decades of historical and archaeological research, a deep connection has been identified between this industry and the life of coastal communities in Huelva, influencing social, economic, and cultural aspects. The proposed itinerary aims not only to preserve this legacy but also to offer a renewed perspective on its historical and contemporary significance. Additionally, the possibilities of this heritage as a tourist resource in the current market and its role as a diversifier of the tourist-cultural proposal in the province are analyzed.
