Resumen
[ES] El trabajo Fin de Máster que se expone a continuación está constituido por dos partes diferenciadas, la primera de
ellas hace alusión a la parte epistemológica y la segunda a la programación didáctica.
En esta primera parte se abordará el concepto de discriminación haciendo referencia a la figura femenina en el
ámbito laboral. Se tendrán en cuanta los diversos tipos de discriminación propiciados ante esta situación,
además de la aportación de diferentes datos acerca de la brecha salarial, segregación laboral por género o las
políticas de conciliación laboral. Finalizando con una serie de medidas efectivas para conseguir una equidad de
género en este ámbito.
En relación a la segunda parte, se propone una programación didáctica para el alumnado del ciclo formativo de
Grado Superior en Promoción de Igualdad de Género, concretamente en el módulo profesional de Promoción al
Empleo Femenino con el fin de aplicar los contenidos de la primera parte de una forma práctica, siendo el
alumnado capaz de reconocer e identificar las desigualdades existentes en el ámbito laboral en relación al
género y la legislación que ampara dichas problemáticas.
[EN] The Master's thesis presented below is made up of two distinct parts, the first of which refers to the epistemological part and the second to the didactic programming. In this first part, the concept of discrimination will be addressed with reference to the female figure in the workplace. It will take into account the different types of discrimination caused by this situation, in addition to the contribution of different data about the wage gap, job segregation by gender or work-life balance policies. It will end with a series of effective measures to achieve gender equity in this area. In relation to the second part, a didactic program is proposed for the students of the Higher Level Training Cycle in Gender Equality Promotion, specifically in the professional module of Promotion of Female Employment in order to apply the contents of the first part in a practical way, being the students able to recognize and identify the existing inequalities in the labor field in relation to gender and the legislation that protects such problems.
