Diseño y Modelado BIM para el proyecto de un gimnasio en el Polígono Industrial Los Olivares en Jaén

Abstract

En TFG consiste en el diseño y modelado de un edificio, en concreto un gimnasio mediante el uso de la metodología BIM. Se indica que es la metodología BIM y sus usos y tras dicha explicación se procede a realizar el modelado de la edificación, tanto del sistema estructural como del sistema arquitectónico. Finalmente, se obtiene el modelado en 3D del edificio, los planos de ambos sistemas, las tablas de planificación y el presupuesto del proyecto.

This TFG consists of the design and modeling of a building, specially a gym through the use of BIM methodology. It is indicated that it is the BIM methodology and its uses and after said explanation, the modeling of the building is carried out, both of the structural system and of the architectural system. Finally, the 3D modeling of the building, the plans of the both systems, the planning tables and the budget of the project.
