The labor market in Spain is constantly changing, however, the integration of young people in it is a challenge for the country's economy, since more and more young people are part of a complex labor context in which temporary contracts predominate over the rest. As a result, there is a latent need to increase the employability of this group, as well as a structural reform that prioritizes the creation of quality and stable employment. To this end, the implementation of employment policies and the implementation of European and national initiative strategies aimed at improving the employability of these people are essential. In addition, this work aims to make visible the sometimes precarious working conditions faced by young people when taking part in the labor market, since young people are more likely to lose their jobs, with the youth unemployment rate being higher than the rest of the people
