Resumen
[ES] El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un programa piloto del tratamiento psicológico de la fobia social, combinado con un programa de Intervenciones Asistidas con Animales. Para ello es preciso ilustrar qué se conoce como fobia social y los tratamientos que existen actualmente, justificando así su adecuación para dicho trastorno. Además, es necesario explicar las Intervenciones Asistidas con Animales, puesto que aun a día de hoy son desconocidos sus beneficios en un gran número de la población, y de ese modo poder justificar su implementación en diversos programas. En este caso en un programa del tratamiento de la fobia social en adolescentes. Se describirán cada una de las sesiones del programa con sus objetivos específicos, el cronograma de las intervenciones, el equipo y la viabilidad del programa, de este modo se podrá contar con toda la información y los medios necesarios para llevarlo a cabo en un futuro.
[EN] The aim of the following project is to run a pilot program about the psychological treatment in social phobia, combined with an Animal Assisted Interventions. It is important to show what it is known as social phobia and the current treatments, in order to justify that certain treatments are suitable for the disorder mentioned. Besides, it is necessary to give the reader more information about the Animal Assisted Interventions, as nowadays just a few group of people is aware of its benefits, and it will help to justify the introduction of this kind of programs, specifically with teenagers diagnosed with social phobia. Every program session, with its own goals, the schedule sessions, the professionals in charge and the viability of the program, will be shown in this project in order to give the reader all the needed information and equipment to implement the project in the future.
