Resumen
En el trabajo que exponemos a continuación, trataremos diferentes cuestiones que influyen en la mejora del clima escolar, además de tratar qué es dicho clima y de qué manera podemos calificarlo. Constataremos la figura del docente como el principal gestor del clima y las herramientas que se han de utilizar para la mejora del ambiente educativo, además del papel que desempeñan los alumnos en este aspecto y las que han de establecerse entre los actores implicados: alumno, profesor y familia. Consideramos que llegar a establecer un óptimo clima en los centros educativos, será la base principal para que exista una mayor eficacia en la educación. Para poder profundizar en este tema, citaremos a diferentes autores que exponen diversas teorías acerca del clima, con las que podremos investigar y comparar para llegar a conclusiones que mejoren el necesario ambiente educativo. La principal meta de este camino, no es otra que encontrar respuestas y soluciones para lograr dichas mejoras, y establecer los factores a tener en cuenta y crear ambientes de calidad en las escuelas.
In our work we explain below, we will deal with different issues that influence the improvement of the school climate, as well as what that climate is and how we can qualify it. We will note the figure of the teacher as the main climate manager and the tools to be used to improve the educational environment, in addition to the role of the students in this aspect and those to be established among the actors involved: student, teacher and family. We believe that achieving an optimal climate in schools will be the main basis for more effective education. In order to deepen this topic, we will cite different authors who present different theories about climate, with which we will be able to investigate and compare in order to reach conclusions that improve the necessary educational environment. The main objective of this path is to find answers and solutions to achieve these improvements, and to establish factors to take into account and create quality environments in schools.
