[EN] HCV is a flavivirus belonging to the Flaviviridae virus family, whose genome is formed by a only and positive thread of RNA. According to the World Health Organization (OMS), around the 3% of the global population, meaning 170 million people, are infected by Hepatitis C virus. HCV infection is usually associated with the appearance of cronic and metabolic alterations. The mechanism because of HCV is able to entry in liver is not completely known yet. The objetive of this work is the amplification and isolation of the glicoproteins of the viral envelope of all virus genotipes, from genotipe 1 to 6.
