The purpose of this study has been the design, development and implementation of an intervention program for cases of fear of driving. To this end, we have selected a group of participants with this phobia to whom the program has been applied and through an ex-ante and ex-post evaluation it has been verified whether they have experienced any change. The results have shown on the one hand, a decrease in avoidance behavior, however on the other hand significant improvements in relation to the decrease in the level of anxiety have not been found, although it is expected that the continued practice by the participants after treatment will contribute to their improvement, which will be assessed through the monitoring phase. Interest in the issue stems from the lack of research and programs that contribute to the treatment of this phobia.
